Menstrual health education and period awareness training for organisations
Periods have never needed to be awkward. What's awkward is that most of us have just got used to not mentioning them at work.

What the research tells us
Most of us learned early on that periods aren't something we bring up at work. And many of us got so good at not mentioning them that, from the outside, it can genuinely look like there's nothing to talk about. The research tells a different story.
of women have been unable to go into work at some point because of period symptoms. For some, that's every single month.
never tell their manager the real reason. Not because it isn't real, but because they worry it'll be trivialised. So it shows up in your absence data as something else.
of organisations offer menstrual health support today. But we've watched this shift before. Menopause went from unmentionable to mainstream in a few short years. Periods are next.
None of this needs to stay the way it is. The organisations opening up these conversations now are the ones setting the standard for everyone else to follow.

How stress and hormones feed each other, and how to look after yourself through the busiest, most demanding weeks at work.
How to talk about periods and menstrual health with your team comfortably and confidently, with the awkwardness taken out.
What great menstrual and hormonal wellbeing support looks like, and where workplace wellbeing is heading, so you're ready and one step ahead.
Not everyone's ready to commit to a full or half day straight away and that's completely fair. So we can start with an hour together to get a feel for the work.
Every session is shaped around your team and where they're starting from. Not sure which fits? Book a free consult.

In their words
Here's what teams told us after Lucy had been in, gathered from anonymous feedback so they could be honest.
"It was a brilliant lunch and learn session for our team. Really engaging, informative and full of practical takeaways, and I'd absolutely recommend it. Lucy clearly has a huge amount of knowledge, but she explains everything in such an easy, relatable way that makes it really simple to digest and learn from."
"It was hugely beneficial as a guy to be there and understand what my colleagues are going through. Since the talk, I've noticed women being more honest about it, and it'll definitely impact the business positively. Highly recommend."
"It was great to understand the mood changes and the hormonal facts, and how to adapt your month to your cycle. Once you understand yourself better, you can only improve. These are simple changes you can do, and they'll make a massive difference."
"Such an insightful and useful talk, which every company should have. Everything was explained so well and clearly, and I'm really excited to start taking on board all the great tips."
About
For years, I pushed through. I'd have weeks where I felt sharp, energised and totally on top of everything, and then weeks where I felt foggy, flat, and like I was working twice as hard for half the result. I assumed it was just me.
When I finally understood what was actually happening, how my hormones were shifting and what that meant for my energy, focus and mood, everything started to make sense. And once it made sense, I could actually do something about it.
That's what I want for every woman I work with. Simple, clear information that makes sense of what's going on, and helps everything click into place.
These days, I bring that same understanding into organisations. I've spent years inside office environments myself, commuting into London and working in high-pressure, target-driven roles, so I know how workplaces really run and what teams are quietly carrying. My work gives organisations a clear way to understand something many of their people are already feeling, and to support it openly, so it shows up in how their teams feel and how they work.
Good questions
Everyone's welcome, and everyone takes something from it. It's rooted in women's health, but colleagues, managers, partners and parents all leave understanding more. That shared understanding is a big part of what makes a workplace feel supportive, and some of the warmest feedback we get comes from the men in the room.
It's a fair thing to wonder, because for so many of us this has always been a slightly hushed topic. But it's genuinely one of the most relaxed sessions your team will sit in. I hold a warm, safe space where people feel comfortable, we keep things light and easy, and people tend to open up far more than they expect to.
Both. I deliver in person across the UK, and online wherever your team is based, so location's never a barrier. Sessions work just as well either way, and we'll pick whatever suits your team and setup best.
